The user, through the different areas that form part of the website, can visit, obtain information, make use of a series of applications or tools and contract services. Access to the specific remote banking service for purchasing a Company Fund is restricted to customers of BancSabadell d’Andorra who have previously subscribed to this operation and have the necessary identification elements and passwords for this purpose. These customers, once they have been identified and without the need to register their personal data, will be able to carry out the operation.
All data that may be provided by users will be treated with absolute confidentiality. Both the entity that is the data controller of the files and those involved in any phase of the processing as well as the entities to which these files are disclosed, with the authorisation granted by the user, are subject to the strictest professional secrecy and expressly undertake to adopt the levels of protection and the technical and organisational measures that guarantee the security of the personal data and prevent their alteration, misuse, loss, theft, unauthorised processing or access, both externally and within the framework of the structure and staff itself, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether these arise from human action or from the physical or natural environment. Processing and recording in files, programs, systems, equipment, premises and centres that comply with the requirements and conditions of integrity and security established in the regulations in force at all times is also guaranteed.
However, users are warned that security measures on the Internet are not impenetrable and that they should be aware of this.
b) Personal data.
In the event that a user – a natural person – is asked to enter their personal data in order to enable access, use or contracting of any service provided through the BancSabadell d’Andorra (hereinafter, the bank) website, they will be expressly informed that these data, together with those arising as a result of the execution of the service, are necessary for the performance, control, management and execution of the services and products contracted and that these data will be incorporated into the files created for this purpose in each case. The entry and saving of personal data by the user entails acceptance and authorisation to the bank for the collection, inclusion in their respective files and processing of these personal data, as well as their storage for the periods stipulated in the applicable provisions. The user is also warned that saving the personal data entered at the time of subscription or contracting of products or services, and any other data provided during the process, will also entail the voluntary acceptance of the processing of this personal data by the BancSabadell d’Andorra Group so that they may be segmented or categorised in order to keep them up to date and to be able to send you information, offers or promotions of its products and services, prepare profiles or to analyse proposals requested by the user. Likewise, the provision of personal data by the user will entail the voluntary acceptance of the transfer and transmission of this data, for the same purposes as those indicated in the previous section, to the companies belonging to the group, either fully or partially, and the banks owned by them at any time, as well as the authorisation to the bank to receive from the indicated companies information contained in its files so that it can process the personal data, including in an interconnected manner, for the purposes described. The activities carried out by the various companies or entities mentioned above include financial activities in all forms, banking, financing of goods or assets, investment and insurance services, and non-financial activities, such as real estate, services, sales and distribution of consumer goods and articles, consultancy, advisory, management, communication channels, IT and leisure services. The user’s authorisation for the processing and transfer indicated in the two previous sections is voluntary and the user may, under the terms established in the data protection regulations in force at any given time, revoke the authorisation granted for the processing or transfer of personal data. In any case, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation – installation by writing to the data controller, which is BancSabadell d’Andorra, SA group, at its registered offices located in Andorra la Vella, Av. del Fener, 7. However, there may be cases where data are saved as files, the responsibility for which lies with entities other than the BancSabadell d’Andorra group (collaborations or joint promotions of products or services), of which the user will be expressly and respectively advised.
Finally, the user is advised that the web pages of the Management Company may provide access, by means of links, to various websites corresponding to entities, companies, institutions or organisations outside the group. The BancSabadell d’Andorra group shall not be responsible for the user’s personal data being recorded by these websites.
